Apart from the local vehicle manufacturing company in Nigeria named Innoson motors, the African giant can only boast of vehicle assembling companies operating in the country.  

Local automobile devices constructed by some technological enthusiasts in Nigeria only indicate how much Nigeria is lagging behind in the area of cutting edge technologies and innovations.

Some panel beaters and roadside mechanics have made futile attempts to build their own brand of vehicles that could be marketed in the country like international brands such as Peugeout, Toyota, Honda, Mercedes Benz etc. 

From being badly shaped, ugly, rough, unstructured and largely untrusted, it's not clear the particular century some mechanics and panel-beaters making attempts at building vehicles will come out with a finished product of international standard rather than toys or jokes.
