Stephanie Lopez, 27, was left with two sagging brea.sts after her silicone implants came away from her body - causing them to permanently droop down.
A woman has been left with 'brea.sts like udders' after an £11k b00b job went horribly wrong.
Stephanie Lopez, 27, was left with two sagging brea.sts after the botched b00b job when the silicone implants detached from her body. Stephanie, from Haslet, Texas, decided to enhance her A cup brea.sts to a size D when she was just 17.
But just two months after having the op, she realised something was seriously wrong. Stephanie's silicone implants had detached from her brea.st tissue, causing them to permanently droop down.
After spending almost a decade with her uneven b00bs, she applied for a TV show that specialised in fixing botched surgery. In May 2016, Stephanie finally had the b00bs of her dreams and she's now putting her ordeal behind her.
Stephanie, a stay-at-home mum, said: "I knew there was something wrong with my implants when I took my bandages off.

"But as they were swollen, I was told to wait until they'd fully healed before I'd see the real results.

"It was just two months after my operation that I realised they were botched.

"My implants were sat too high and the rest of my b00bs were sagging.

"It was a nightmare and because I moved 18 hours away shortly after, I couldn't go back and ask many questions. I have been looking into getting legal help, but no one has taken my case on yet.
"I wanted a b00b job to improve my cleavage but I ended up with no self-confidence.

"It took nine years to finally get the surgery fixed thanks to a TV show about botched brea.sts."
Since hitting puberty in her teens, Stephanie hated her small A-cup brea.sts and decided to save for a b00b job for when she was old enough.

She added: "My whole life going through puberty I just wasn't growing any b00bs.

"My mum had big b00bs, and I just didn't know why I wasn't growing any.

"As long as I can remember I didn't feel very confident or pretty without b00bs.

"I had always wanted to have a b00b job, so when I was 17 my mum took me for a consultation.

"I looked around and chose the surgeon based on how many amazing recommendations he had.

"He wasn't cheap either, it was £11k.
"I went there with no worries whatsoever, and when I had a speedy recovery I thought everything was fine.

"But when I realised how much they were drooping like udders I felt more self-conscious than before I had the enlargement!

"I felt horrible and when I met my now husband, Robert, 32, a few years later, I wouldn't let him see my b00bs."
Stephanie had always dreamed of having her brea.sts corrected, but family life had always come first financially.
Stephanie said: "I fell pregnant with our son, Ryder, when I was 20, and then we quickly had two more kids shortly after - so all our money was spent on our children.

"Weirdly having three kids didn't make my b00bs much worse.

"Soon almost ten years had passed since I had my bad b00b job and I had got used to them, even though I hated how they looked.

"Because we really didn't have the money for me to get surgery again, it was just something that I planned to live with."
Stephanie before her b00b job
Due to financial restraints, Stephanie could not afford to get her b00b job done privately. But luckily she found a way to get the surgery she dreamed of when an advert for a TV show flashed up on her screen.
Stephanie said: "I was watching 'Botched' and at the end it said that if you'd had dodgy surgery to email in.

"So I thought I might as well give it a go, and sent them an email with some detail about my surgery and pictures of my misshapen brea.sts.

"A couple of months later they replied, asking me if I wanted to fly to Los Angeles to have a consultation and meet the surgeon, so obviously I accepted.

"As soon as I met the surgeon I had entire faith in him, he was one of the top surgeons in LA.
"But aside from that, I knew that I had nothing to lose because the shape was so horrible!

"I had my final bit of surgery in May 2016 and as soon as they were done I knew that they looked how I'd always wanted them to.
